Toe pad with excellent fit to reduce foot pain caused by wearing pointe shoes. Compared to conventional silicone toe pads, the thickness of the silicone in the toe portion has been increased to provide additional shock absorption. In addition, the instep portion is shorter, so the toe pad is less visible even when used with shallow vamp pointe shoes. The height of the toe pad has been increased and the inside of the toe pad has been slightly supplemented so that even those with a high instep can wear them without discomfort.
